At Poetry or Else, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and digital downloads.

Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@poetryoresle.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Downloadable digital products

Refunds

Eligibility

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Process

  1. Inspection: After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@poetryoresle.com.au and we will advise further instructions.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address advised.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
