Some parts of the plushies may become deformed during shipping, however, can always be smushed back to its original form. Lastly, sometimes strings may come out and/or holes may occur over time due to the stitching stretching, however, can be fixed with regular needle/thread.
To clean Plushie:
Use cold soapy water, gently squeeze all the water out, and let it air dry completely. If machine washing, place plushie in a mesh laundry bag, gently wash with cold water and dry on a gentle cycle with cool air.
